Prices:
All our prices are £ sterling and do not include post and packing which is an additional £2.50 per order on goods dispatched within the UK .
For international orders please contact us for postage and delivery details.

Payment:
All our card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, operated by Paypal. This ensures your details are kept safe at all times. (It also means that none of your credit card details are seen or stored by us)

Delivery:
Please allow 14 working days for UK deliveries. We normally despatch within 7 days, but if an item is out of stock it may take a little longer. We will always advise you if this is the case and you may cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping and Handling:
UK orders are posted using the Royal Mail.

Damaged Goods:

Unfortunately goods are sometimes damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or battered package from us please note this on the delivery note before you sign for it. Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the damage so we may rectify the problem.

Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item or offer you a full refund. Provided the goods are returned to us, unused, within 14 days along with a valid sales invoice (this is supplied with your goods). Unfortunately we are not able to refund the postage and packing costs.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
